First Day School

 Well school has officially started. We were able to take full advantage of the short summer and created quite a few good memories with family and friends. Now we are back to the everyday schedule which is nice as well. Bryndee started a week earlier than Hallie, Shelby and Mya. They are in two different schools based on where their mom's live. Since they are with them during the week. 

Bryndee is a great little student and she loves to read, which I am hoping that the other girls will pick up on as well. She is also pretty darn friendly and isn't scared to make a new friend. 

Annie and the girls moved to Idaho Falls this summer which has been nice to have them closer, and this also meant that they would be going to a new school. 

I have been worried about the girls switching school with how well they were doing in Rexburg and was concerned about Hallie, because she typically latches onto one friend and is very picky about who that is. She has a nice little friend named Ehliza in Rexburg that she won't be going to school with this year and she has been in four schools in the 4 years of grade school plus kindergarten. 

 The school that the girls ended up going to was just rebuilt this summer. It is new and pretty nice. It has good reviews and most parents seem to like it. We went to the back to school night last night and the girls were able to meet their teachers. Actually Shelby wasn't able to, which really made Shelby sad, because she was worried that her teacher wouldn't be nice or fun. 

 We ended up meeting her teacher this morning and she was really friendly and nice. This is part of her class lined up outside this morning.

This is the back of Mya in her classroom with the teal skirt on. She was so excited that she was old enough to go to school and get a back pack, which I was told that she had misplaced this morning and caused some stress before school :)

Here is Shelby in her classroom. We hope that it is a great year for all of them and that they can gain a strong foundation of the basics for the future. Keep them in your prayers. 

Bryndee had to have some dental work yesterday and did great. Courtney was a little worried, but since she had the work done where Courtney works she felt pretty comfortable and did great.
